  I've been to Pacific Tire twice now. First I had to have air put in my tire because I had a slow leak. The people there were nice, helpful and got it done quick. So a few a few months ago my husband wanted to get some used tires and I recommend we go by Pacific Tire. We got a decent price on a set of tires and they put them on. We got a new set of rims today and try to take the old rims off, it has been about four hours now and my husband still can't get them all off. He has used multiple tools including an impact gun, specialty sockets for stripped lug nuts that were torqued over 100 ft/lb and they still won't break loose. He was able to get the first three tires off but each one had at least one lug nut that had been put on so tight that he had to fight to get them off. The forth tire has to have the stud drilled out because the teenagers were not trained properly on how to install a tire. I definitely won't be going back! Nor will I EVER recommend them to anyone!
